Falafelicious

NOSH - verb

Origin : Yiddish

Definition : to eat food enthusiastically

NOSH is a modern Mediterranean & Middle Eastern restaurant with a focus on Israeli cuisine. Chef & owner Jason Greenberg has been in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years, first attending the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, then honing his skills at several of NY’s best known restaurants including Nobu Downtown, Eleven Madison Park, & Mile End Delicatessen. Jason is passionate about sharing his unique cuisine with both visitors and residents of the Park City area.

Upon moving to Utah in 2014, Jason began working at the St. Regis at Deer Valley, and also began a food stall at the Park Silly Market on Main St. every summer. And so the quest to create the perfect falafel was born.

Now he is ready to share that falafel with everyone.

And falafel is only the beginning. Taking inspiration from family, experience, and

the vast food scene in NY and beyond, NOSH’s diverse menu includes both traditional and modern dishes, including many gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Offering both eat-in & take-out for lunch and dinner, Chef Jason hopes that everyone will be as enthusiastic about eating his food as he is about cooking it.
